Northalla Workshop operates Northalla.com, providing handcrafted, made-to-order goods to customers within the United States.

You agree to use this Site lawfully and responsibly. You may not:

5. Product Information
Each item is handcrafted and may have minor variations from photographs or listings. Colors and textures may appear differently in person due to screen settings, natural material variations, and lighting. These differences are not considered defects and are part of the handmade character of each item.
6. Orders and Payments
All products are custom made to order. Payment is due at the time of purchase and processed securely by third-party providers (e.g., PayPal). Northalla Workshop does not collect or store any payment card information.
7. Shipping and Returns
- Domestic Shipping: Orders are shipped within the United States only.
- Processing Times: Because each product is handmade, production and shipping times may vary and will be indicated at the time of order.
- No Refunds or Returns: All items are custom made to order and/or handcrafted. Therefore, all sales are final, and no refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted once an order has been placed. Exceptions may be made solely at the discretion of Northalla Workshop if an item arrives damaged in transit, it is the customers responsibility to contact shipper for all damages and or refunds.
