No Refunds or Returns: All items are custom made to order and/or handcrafted. Therefore, all sales are final, and no refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted once an order has been placed and paid for through the website, in person or at a point of sale. Exceptions may be made solely at the discretion of Northalla Work Shop if an item arrives damaged in transit it is the sole responsibility of the buyer to contact the shipper for any damages or refunds if applicable from the shipper and to abide by the decision of the shipper.
